Abstract
The content of the article substantiates the directions and content of scientific and methodical support for the development of inclusive competence of specialists in professional (vocational and technical) education in the conditions of the Institute of Continuous Professional Education. Attention was drawn to the fact that the system of continuous professional education provides an opportunity to overcome the gap between the acquired professional training of teachers in higher education institutions, which did not include the formation of inclusive knowledge and skills. The performance of professional functions by specialists of professional (vocational and technical) education in the conditions of inclusive education requires the presence of the necessary amount of knowledge and skills, embodied in the ability to perform professional functions, taking into account the peculiarity of education seekers with special educational needs, creating conditions for the development and self- development of the individual in the conditions of inclusive educational environment. The results of the conducted research on the study of professional requests and needs of vocational training specialists regarding the implementation of modern technologies of inclusive education are presented. The training of vocational training specialists (masters of industrial training, senior masters, teachers of vocational and theoretical training) for the implementation of inclusive education is a complex system of interaction between the subjects of the educational process of professional development in institutes of postgraduate professional education, aimed at the acquisition of special knowledge, skills by students and skills in the theory and practice of inclusive education. The research carried out in the conditions of the Institute of Continuing Professional Education makes it possible to quickly respond to the needs and requests of specialists in vocational education and training (PT) about the acquisition of additional professional competences that meet the social and personal needs of teachers and the challenges of today.
