Abstract
The agri-food sector in Ukraine and the world occupies an important place in solving economic, social and environmental problems. The level of well-being and health of the global population largely depends on the efficiency of agricultural enterprises and farmers. In the world, rapid changes are taking place in the agricultural sector, which requires adaptation and development of new skills from employees of agricultural enterprises. The agricultural sector plays a key role in ensuring world food security. Effective and motivated workers are an important link in ensuring the sustainability of the food supply. The development of a value attitude is key to improving the quality of professional activity, as well as important for the successful implementation of innovations that contribute to the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. The development of value attitudes can influence a more responsible attitude to health and ecology, which are important aspects in the modern agricultural sector. Ukraine follows modern world trends in agriculture and the agrarian sphere, introducing new technologies and approaches. Strengthening the value base of employees will help increase their competitiveness and internal motivation, improve the image of the agricultural sector, and attract new and high-quality personnel. The general trend is characterized by the transition from traditional agricultural production to more sustainable and innovative methods, which makes the development of the value attitude of employees of agricultural enterprises relevant both in the national and international context. Valuable attitude to professional activity is a set of values, beliefs, emotional feelings and evaluations that an employee has in relation to his work, professional environment and duties performed by him. Valuable attitudes are formed under the influence of various factors, such as personal values, upbringing, socio-cultural context, professional experience and perspectives. But to a large extent, the value attitude of an individual to professional activity depends on motivation, understanding and feeling of responsibility for the performance of professional duties, which can affect the quality and effectiveness of work, professional identity, perception of oneself as a representative of a specific profession, taking into account its values and standards. Value attitudes can significantly influence motivation, decisions and general approach to professional activity. Its formation and development can be the subject of study in the field of pedagogy, psychology, sociology and management.
