Abstract

Today, the formation of the professional competence of a qualified worker as a creative, creative individual is possible only in the conditions of an innovative educational environment. The innovative orientation of pedagogical activity in institutions of professional (vocational and technical) education in modern conditions is caused by the need to update the content and organization of the educational process. In this context, the role of the teaching staff of the professional (vocational and technical) education institution, which provides professional training of a qualified worker, is growing significantly.
