Abstract

The article is dedicated to updating the problems of developing the professional competence of the head of a general secondary education institution in the conditions of war. The necessity of rethinking the content and structure of the school director's leadership competence was noted; highlighting as a separate component the skills and qualities necessary for the implementation of anti-crisis management of the institution; development of the methodology and relevant tools for measuring and evaluating the development of anti-crisis management skills among school principals; identifying differences in the quality of application of anti-crisis management skills by managers depending on their professional and personal characteristics, etc.
