Abstract

Based on the analysis of UN resolutions on the protection of children's rights in armed conflicts, the article states that participants in armed conflicts and other states must create conditions necessary and sufficient for children to realize their rights, in particular the right to education. It has been established that one of the relevant essential conditions is the creation of a safe school environment for pupils/students and teachers/teachers.
