Abstract
The publication deals with the problem of overcoming the educational losses of students of vocational education institutions during the martial law period. Attention is focused on the concepts of "educational losses" and "educational gaps". On the example of the Vinnytsia Higher Vocational School of the Service Sphere, a comparative analysis of the success of education seekers in the subjects of general education and professional and theoretical training was carried out. The results of the PISA-2022 study are outlined. The main factors of overcoming educational losses are described.
