Abstract

The article emphasizes the importance of leadership in the field of education as such, which can be an effective strategy and tactic for achieving professional success of a teacher, especially in conditions of uncertainty. A theoretical analysis of the essence of the concepts "leadership", "leader", "leadership qualities" was carried out. On the basis of scientific publications, aspects of personality development in conditions of uncertainty and crises were analyzed. The leadership qualities of a teacher in a modern educational environment, where uncertainty is the norm, are characterized as those that can become the key to success.
