Abstract
The guidelines reveal a socio-psychological approach to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle in extreme military conditions with an emphasis on subjects, environments, targets and methods of appropriate interventions. It describes both general areas of attention to those who need promotion of healthy lifestyle, as well as guidelines for certain categories of the population – certain age subcultures, as well as veterans and volunteers. The importance of balancing virtual and real ways of promoting healthy lifestyle, as well as local environments in war-affected communities, is highlighted. Configurations of practices that contribute to maintaining the psychological health of an individual in war conditions are presented, including mindfulness and existential practices, psychohygiene practices; the concept of tolerance to uncertainty is considered as a target for the promotion of health care; playback theatre interventions are proposed as an art tool for the promotion of healthy lifestyle. It is addressed to educators, psychologists, social workers, specialists in the field of public health and everyone who is interested in developing a responsible attitude to self-preservation, health and life – their own and those close to them.
