Abstract
The relevance of the publication is determined by the rights of persons with special educational needs to obtain quality education, taking into account their needs and capabilities, and the need for appropriate training of specialists of vocational education institutions to perform the tasks of inclusive education in conditions of martial law. The guide was developed with the aim of developing the readiness of pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions for inclusive education of students with special educational needs, including students who are internally displaced persons injured during military operations. The manual will be useful for teachers of vocational education institutions that provide inclusive education for students with special educational needs, managers of vocational education institutions for the development of a safe and inclusive educational environment in wartime conditions, students of advanced training courses for the development of their own inclusive competence, parents, interested persons.
