Abstract
Institutions of professional education play a decisive role in the process of developing the inclusive competence of pedagogical workers of professional education. It is in the system of professional education that it is possible to overcome the gap between the professional training of teachers in institutions of higher education, which until recently did not include the formation of inclusive knowledge and skills, and modern requirements justified by the development of science and society.
