Abstract

The theses show how comprehensively developed a teacher must be and have motivation for self-development in order to convey these aspirations to his students. It is shown how the development of the personality in the educational institution and the self-development of the teacher takes place through the global pedagogical goals and the three-dimensional development of the teacher. Definitions of motivation and motives are given. The essence and stages of self-development are described. The concept of a teacher of the new formation and the requirements for him are reflected. It is mentioned that in the development of the education system and positive influences on students through it, Ukraine appeals to the developed countries, but does not forget about its own assets. The theses mention that a teacher should develop throughout his life, which in today's world is becoming relevant for a large number of professions. It is said that institutions develop special programs for the continuous continuous development of their teaching staff so that they remain competitive professionals throughout the entire period of work in their educational institution, region, country, and the world; to be able to contribute to the development of the state and the institution.
