Abstract
It is determined in theses that our state has been experiencing changes since independence. This is the restructuring of political institutions, changes in the consciousness of citizens, the impact of innovative technologies, digitalization, and later war. It is mentioned which state institutions are interested in the development of culture in Ukraine. The cinema is mentioned, which is aimed at familiarizing people with the events taking place in the war zone and on the Euromaidan. It is shown that the cinema is not necessarily on TV channels, it can be on YouTube channels as well. The fact is mentioned that Ukrainians refuse everything Russian, even if they used to love it, in connection with such an aggressive attack from the Russian Federation: music, films, bloggers, even religious holidays.
