Abstract

The role of grant of bonuses is considered in the system of stimulation of labour, certainly types of bonuses and principles of grant of bonuses. Methodical approaches are considered to construction of the system of grant of bonuses, described basic indexes and terms which the grant of bonuses is carried out after, and also resulted the basic elements of grant of bonuses.
