Abstract

Dual education is presented as a separate and unique form training of future specialists, which combines training in an educational institution and mastering professional skills at the workplace and which is called the "formula of success" of the young generation of Ukraine. Identified its main shortcomings and problems Prospects for the post-war recovery of Ukrainian are formulated economy (approaching the national education system to the national requirements the labor market, promoting the formation of the actual ones demanded by the martial law competencies, increasing the competitiveness of graduates and prestige of educational institutions).
