Abstract

The work identifies the problems of modern teaching, such as personal, as well as socio-psychological and psychodidactic. There is a well-founded need and an urgent need to provide psychological support for the professional activities of teachers by specialists of the psychological service of the education system. Taking into account the possibilities of the psychological service, the state of its development and the level of methodological support, the most priority areas of activity of practical psychologists and social pedagogues of educational institutions to provide psychological support of pedagogical workers in today's difficult conditions.
