Abstract

The theses provide definitions of the concept of "mental health" and its components, provided by the WHO. The author emphasizes the use of a three-state scale for measuring mental mental health: stable, reactive, vulnerable. The theses present an overview of additional psychologist training programs ("Problem Management +"; "Self-Help Plus"; "SETA" Program; EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing); Arthrotherapy, etc.).
