Abstract

The author considers the foreign experience of using partnership pedagogy in general school practice and education of the adult population. Special attention is paid to the role of partnership in the formation of Germany during the post-war period. It is noted that the pedagogy of partnership is considered by scientists as a model of social education, the purpose of which is the formation of a person in interaction with other people and as a component of the theory of action. Attention is focused on three large interdependent categories of tasks given by F. Imbernon, which correlate with those concepts and strategies aimed at the reconstruction of Ukraine during the post-war period and determine the essence of partnership in society, community and educational institutions. They can act as a reference point in the preparation of teachers for the use of partnership pedagogy in the organization of specialized training.
