Abstract

The article shows the importance of humanization in society. The role of art in this process is shown. It is told how an individual approach is necessary in order to carry out humanization in education. Attention to human-centeredness in a society where humanization is introduced. The needs of learners and teachers must be taken into account. The reasons why continuing adult education is gaining popularity are shown. The positive features of continuous education are highlighted. The article mentions sections and circles that help in the way of humanizing professional education and harmonious development of personality. The article reminds the reader that not every person is sufficiently socialized even in adulthood. The institution of continuous professional education will help to correct this problem.
