Abstract
In the modern educational environment, teachers face various challenges that require continuous self-improvement and adaptation. This article examines the professional transformation of teachers as a key aspect of their activity, especially in the context of war. It discusses the components and processes involved in organizing and implementing professional transformation through the development of a personal professional transformation plan. This plan includes goal setting, skills analysis, opportunity exploration, strategy development, and reflection. The importance of a systematic approach and the use of tools such as the methodical advisor "Design and design of the professional transformation plan"methodological guideline «Planning and design of the professional transformation plan» (author O. Prosina) in achieving success in professional transformation is emphasized. Through a systematic approach to self-development and the development of a personal professional transformation plan, teachers can improve their qualifications and competence, adapt to the changing conditions of the educational environment, achieve success in their professional activities.
