Abstract
Presentation of the report on February 07, 2024 at the VII International Scientific and Methodological Conference "Advanced Technologies for the Implementation of Educational Initiatives", held at the Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav. During the period of digital transformation of all spheres of life, including the educational and scientific sphere, the ability of academic staff to present their own achievements, including the results of scientific and pedagogical activities, on the Internet is becoming increasingly important. The e-portfolio of a research and teaching staff member plays the role of a means of displaying the results of research and teaching activities, presenting their achievements, and also acts as their business card as a teacher. The availability of such a portfolio will ensure that the academic staff member's data is available in the public domain on the Internet, and that the effectiveness of their activities is constantly reflected, which is necessary in accordance with the requirements currently faced by the staff of the higher education institution. The availability of an e-portfolio is one of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of a teacher's professional training, reflecting the level of his/her readiness to carry out pedagogical activities. E-portfolios create conditions for self-realization and self-expression of the teacher, reflection on their teaching activities, formation of success and individual professional growth.
