Abstract

The purpose of theses is to provide several tips that each person can follow to restore or increase their trust in themselves, people around them, and the world. These tips help an individual to overcome his/her crisis experienced due to the war in our country. The suggested tips can be used in the psychological assistance of persons suffering from psychological trauma as a result of the war as a long-term support during the recovery period after the trauma.
