Abstract

The theses purpose is to provide some advice that help a person recover after a traumatic event and restore trust in him/herself and the world. The proposed methods are not all-inclusive, they are only those to which a person can turn him/herself. However, given the large scale of the population affected by military actions, they can help many to overcome traumatic situations and restore trust in themselves, people and the world.
