Abstract

The methodological dimension of this study scrutinizes the various strategies and approaches needed to provide counseling services within the security paradigm of vocational education. An invaluable methodological approach is experiential learning, which places vocational learners in authentic entrepreneurial contexts. The key role of mentoring and coaching as pedagogical methods for developing entrepreneurial competencies among students is revealed. The use of case studies and problem-based learning methodology is important for the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills that are essential for start-up entrepreneurs in a turbulent economic climate.
