Abstract

Since the spring of 2020, the educational process in Ukraine has been carried out under quarantine restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, and since the end of February 2022, the national education system has been operating under martial law. This served as the reason for the emergence of a number of previously unforeseen problems in the organization and implementation of the educational process. Educational losses of students as an organizational and didactic problem should be understood from the position of accepting the situation when, due to a number of objective and subjective reasons, their full compensation is impossible. At the same time, there are positive trends in the development of the domestic educational system. Modern educational innovations have significant psychological and pedagogical potential both under the martial law in the country and in the period of future post-war recovery. They correlate with the international concept of education development Education 4.0 and is able to become the basis for building a unique successful education system that will meet the demands of the global information society.
