Abstract

The article reveals the specifics of the organization of master's training of teachers of art disciplines in the system of higher pedagogical education. The author focuses on the pedagogical potential of the influence of art on the individual, as a powerful ideological tool for the formation of cultural identity in general and the spiritual culture of teachers of art disciplines, in particular. Through the influence on the senses, art performs cognitive, aesthetic, hedonistic functions, which allow implementing a comprehensive approach to the development of artistic vision as a necessary component of teacher training and their spiritual growth. The formation of the artistic and aesthetic worldview of teachers of art disciplines requires the introduction into the educational process of innovative artistic and pedagogical technologies, including art and pedagogical workshop as a set of didactically reasonable forms, methods, and techniques of the artistic and aesthetic worldview of teachers of art disciplines. Art is carried out to reveal its meaning - the author's concept of an artistic image. Art creates an imaginary reality, which turns into a personal artistic and aesthetic world of man. It helps him to identify new ways to develop their own spiritual culture. Thus, the main principled position of art education is the formation of the unity of the spiritual culture of the individual, and the transition from artistic information to the formation through the art of the aesthetic attitude of man to the world.
