Abstract

The essence and significance of the professional and pedagogical culture of a higher education teacher are highlighted in the thesis. It is noted that the formation and development of professional and pedagogical culture is an important component of the teacher's lifelong learning, which is realized as a dynamic continuous process aimed at personal and professional development. It is emphasized that the specifics of the formation and development of the teacher's professional and pedagogical culture are determined by his/her individual creative qualities, psychophysiological, age characteristics, and experience.
