Abstract
Educational and professional program for short-term professional development courses "Inclusive education in vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions. Fundamentals of andragogy" is aimed at improving the level of competence of pedagogical staff in organization of inclusive education for students with special educational needs in vocational education institutions. The program reflects the current state of the legislative and regulatory framework for ensuring the right of persons with special educational needs to receive quality education, contains a set of educational components, including content modules, control measures, etc. aimed at achieving certain learning outcomes (competencies), which entitles specialists to obtain a certain educational and professional qualifications in accordance with social and educational challenges, employers and key stakeholders. The educational and professional program is designed to improve the skills of pedagogical of pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions in distance, full-time, part-time forms of education. After successful completion of the program, the following skills are acquired or improved professional (professional, subject) competencies.
