Abstract

The authors describes the theoretical and methodological principles of preparing and conducting corporate training. The theoretical principles provide for the observance of the principles of the organization and the conduct of corporate training. These principles can be divided into 4 groups: organizational (the principle of spatio-temporal organization of the training, the principle of selecting the target audience, the principle of physical closure, the principle of compliance with the stated goals of the training and its content), ethical (the principle of confidentiality, the principle of non-harm, the principle of tolerance), construction scenarious training (the principle of taking into account the characteristics of a specific audience, the principle of taking into account the experience of participants, the choice of optimal forms of work, their rotation, the principle of taking into account opportunities for sharing the experience of participants), creating a training environment (the principle of voluntary participation, the principle of informed participation, the principle of equality, the principle of realism, the principle of variability). Methodological principles contain advice on setting goals, tasks and results of training, forming the structure, plan, and content of training.
