Abstract
The teaching and methodological manual reveals the essence of neuromotor deficit in disorders of innervation of the speech apparatus in the presence of dysarthria, describes the symptoms of speech peculiarities in terms of the communicative component and the principle of "intelligibility" of speech for others. The essence and expediency of applying a psycholinguistic synergistic approach to identifying educational difficulties caused by the presence of speech developmental features in the conditions of neuromotor deficit are presented. The presented technology for supporting a child with dysarthria in the educational environment is developed from the standpoint of an educational criterion, which makes it possible to determine the degree of manifestation of educational difficulties resulting from the peculiarities of speech development and to respond to the identified needs in a timely manner. The materials in the manual can be used by speech and language therapists, psychologists, IRC specialists, teachers of educational institutions, teaching assistants, higher education students and parents of children with special speech needs.
