Abstract

The article carries out a theoretical analysis of the concepts of "soft skills", "leadership". Soft skills are characterized as a key element of successful leadership, especially in conditions of uncertainty. Taking into account the theoretical analysis of scientific publications, our own list of soft skills that a successful leader needs to develop in conditions of uncertainty is proposed.
