Abstract
The methodological recommendations were developed by the authors' team of scientific and pedagogical workers of the Central Institute of Postgraduate Education of the SIHE "University of Educational Management" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the implementation of the Action Plan of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, approved by Order No. 30 of July 6, 2023, on the Implementation of the Recommendations of the Hearings of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on issues of education, science and innovation on the topic "Restoration of education in the de-occupied territories" (May 25, 2023).The recommendations are aimed at professional development and psychological support of teachers in the conditions of war and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. They contain a description of the scientific foundations of the transformation of the professional development of teachers and education for peace as its conceptual basis, advice on the organization, content and technologies of professional development of teachers in postgraduate education in order to identify and overcome educational losses.Intended for employees of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions, heads of educational institutions, consultants of Centers for professional development of pedagogical workers, methodologists and pedagogical workers of vocational and vocational education institutions, psychologists and social pedagogues. May be useful for researchers of related problems and public organizations.
