Abstract

These methodological recommendations have been developed by the authors' team including scientific and pedagogical workers of Central Institute of Postgraduate Education at SIHE "University of Educational Management" at the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine to ensure the implementation of the Action Plan of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine, approved by the Order No. 30 from July 6, 2023, related to realization of Recommendations issued at Hearings of Ukrainian Supreme Council Committee on education, science and innovation on the subject "Restoration of education in the de-occupied territories" (May 25, 2023). The recommendations are aimed at professional development and psychological support of teachers in conditions of war and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. They contain the description of scientific foundation for transformation of professional development of teachers and education for peace regarded as its conceptual basis; the recommendations also relate to organization, content and technologies of professional development of teachers in postgraduate education to be used in order to identify and overcome educational losses. The materials are intended for employees of postgraduate pedagogical educational institutions, managers of educational institutions, consultants of Centers for professional development of pedagogical workers, methodologists and pedagogical workers of institutions of professional and vocational- technical education, psychologists and social pedagogues. May be useful for researchers of related problems and for public organizations personnel.​
