Abstract

This article presents the research findings on contemporary aspects of managing the development of creative potential among pedagogical (scientific and pedagogical) practitioners within the modern dimension of professional activity, particularly as a factor in professional transformation. It is indicated that the professional transformation of pedagogical (scientific and pedagogical) practitioners is an integrated phenomenon marked by both spontaneity and directionality. The need for it is driven by the instability of external environmental factors and their temporal uncertainty, directly impacting the current work of educators. Based on the analysis of scholarly works, it is concluded that the concept of «transformation» varies depending on the context and research focus. The article notes that professional transformation characterizes the individual teacher, being an individual phenomenon that can be multifaceted, combining systemic changes in education as a whole with the individual development and changes in the pedagogical practices of specific teachers. The foundation of this process is identified as the management of the development of the creative potential of educational practitioners at various stages of their professionalism, from studenthood to active teaching. The outcome is a creatively transformative approach to pedagogical activities, based on the ability to identify, critically analyze, and solve problems using appropriately selected methodologies, technologies, and communication, all grounded in the development of one’s own creative potential. Informal education is recognized as an effective instrument for developing creative potential, illustrated by the experience of the «Toloka Pozashkilnykiv» professional development project. The perspective outlines the modeling, testing, and implementation of a conceptual structure for the professional transformation of pedagogical (scientific and pedagogical) practitioners, aiming for a comprehensive understanding of it as a factor (driver) of professional improvement.
