Abstract

The presentation is devoted to highlighting the content, factors, strategies and conditions for the development of the motivation of innovative activity in education in general and in the conditions of war in particular. The following questions are presented: 1) the content of the motivation of innovative activity; 2) motivating factors and demotivating factors of innovative activity; 3) main strategies for ensuring the motivation of innovative activity; 4) determination of the basic conditions for the development of motivation for innovative activity in education, taking into account the psychological consequences of the impact of war on the personality of participants in the educational process.
