Abstract
The presentation is devoted to highlighting the content, indicators and conditions of development of the psychological health of the personnel of higher education institutions in general and in conditions of war in particular. The following questions are presented: 1) the main initial provisions regarding health and its levels, the relationship between the concepts of "mental health" and "psychological health"; 2) main contradictions in the activities of scientific and pedagogical workers and factors threatening their psychological health; 3) Basic criteria and indicators of psychological health; 4) conditions for promoting the psychological health of specialists during the war and the post-war period.
