Abstract

The article presents the experience of conducting the 2022-2024 regional experiment on the problem of «Technology in Professional Development of Educators in Non-Formal Education» in the Chernivtsi oblast in the context of war realities. The focus is on the need for partnership between educational institutions and scientific institutions to ensure the continuity of professional development of educators, which is a modern trend due to constant changes in the academic sphere, improving the effectiveness of pedagogical activities through the production of innovations, focusing on self-development in the professional environment based on the use of the potential of formal and non-formal education. It is a professional partnership that allows us to communicate and implement scientific and methodological innovations for the professional development of educators in non-formal education at the regional level. The experiment is initiated by the Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, Department of Education and Science of the Chernivtsi Oblast State Administration, UNESCO Department «Lifelong Professional Education of the XXI Century», Yuri Fedkovych National University of Chernivtsi, Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education of the Chernivtsi oblast, Pedagogical Professional College of the Yuri Fedkovych National University of Chernivtsi, Chernivtsi Lyceum No. 10, Kamianske Lyceum of the Kamianske Village Council of the Chernivtsi district of the Chernivtsi oblast. The implementation of an important initiative is connected with the current trend of pedagogical education, namely the implementation of innovative changes regarding the lifelong professional development of a practicing teacher who should be able to constantly improve themselves in the context of formal, non-formal, and informal education. Therefore, the purpose of the experimental work is to diagnose the use of innovative technologies by practicing teachers, as well as to test technologies for the professional development of educators in non-formal education, to identify pedagogical conditions for the introduction of author's technologies within the framework of cooperation with educational institutions of the Chernivtsi oblast. One presents the results of webinars and master classes on the problem of technology of professional development of educators in non-formal education for February-May 2022 and, on the basis of the predictive method, determines the prospects for further interaction between educational institutions of the Chernivtsi oblast and the Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical and Adult Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, taking into account trends for European integration, updating the content of education through an in-depth study of cultural and artistic heritage, etc.
