Abstract
The article clarifies the essence of the concept of "adult education technology" and summarizes the experience of Ukrainian scientists in the direction of theoretical justification and implementation of modern adult education technologies in the conditions of formal and informal education. The results of research by scientists on the problems of: definitive analysis of adult learning technologies in the conditions of formal and non-formal education in the discourse of pedagogical theory are determined. It has been proven that in the scientific discourse of modern pedagogical science there is a process of constant research to substantiate the essence of the concepts "teaching technology", "pedagogical technology", "educational technology", the expediency of their use in the field of adult education taking into account modern trends in its development. It has been found that the teaching technology is distinguished from other forms of organization of the educational process in the conditions of formal and informal education by its systematicity, implementation algorithm, which is subordinated to the solution of a specific task (form a certain quality, enrich knowledge, improve skills, acquire or develop a certain competence), involves the selection of the most effective forms and methods that are used at each specific stage and ensure quality mastery of the material, the formation or development of abilities, competences, etc. Attention is focused on the fact that nowadays, in the conditions of intensive development of adult education, there is a need to develop and implement adult education technologies, which, based on the identification of the specifics of the organization of education in the conditions of formal and informal education, will allow intensifying the process of personal and professional development of adults, taking into account individual educational trajectory, needs, requests, etc. The Institute of Pedagogical Education and Adult Education named after Ivan Zyazyun of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine has significant achievements in this aspect, whose employees develop and implement various types of adult education technologies (communicative, training, distance, etc.).
