Abstract
The relevance of the e-learning course is determined by the fact that psychological and pedagogical principles of professional activity of the master of production training in the conditions of accelerated socio-economic changes in the labor market actualizes the need to form the psychological readiness of specialists for for professional activity in a competitive environment. The solution to this problem is possible through the creation of optimal psychological and pedagogical principles personal development, raising the level of professional skills, socialization and adaptation to activities in modern conditions. The aim of the course is to form the need for personal development, the ability to identify the psychological characteristics of others and build positive relationships with others and achieve individual goals in the course of professional activity, mastering the system of psychological and pedagogical knowledge that will contribute to to the effectiveness of professional activity and contribute to the improvement of psychological and pedagogical competence. The e-course is designed for masters of industrial training of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at at all stages of advanced training courses in various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time-distance, distance). The e-course is designed for 4 hours, of which 2 hours are lectures, 2 hours are seminars.
