Abstract
The analytical report presents the results of a survey of scientific and scientific-pedagogical employees of educational institutions and institutions of the NAES of Ukraine "Digital competence of scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers of the NAES of Ukraine". The study was organized and carried out by the Institute for Digitalisation of Education in accordance with the Order of the President of the of the NAES of Ukraine "On the development of digital culture and certification of scientific and scientific and pedagogical employees of the of the NAES of Ukraine" dated 05.10.2023 No. 27. IN the analytical report presents a comprehensive analysis of the state of development of the digital competence of the scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff of the AES of Ukraine, identifies the current problems of the systematic development of IR competence of scientists in the educational and scientific space, and summarizes the needs of scientists in increasing the level of digital literacy, outlines the tasks and proposes scientifically based development paths digital competence of scientists in the conditions of European integration, innovative development of the country. Recommended for use by pedagogical, scientific and scientific-pedagogical employees of educational institutions and scientific institutions, researchers in the field of educational applications of digital technologies and specialists whose activities are related to introduction of ICT in the educational process.
