Abstract
The relevance of the e-learning course is due to the fact that in due to the growing tension in the educational, industrial and other various in the educational, industrial and other various spheres of social interaction, the acquisition of basic knowledge of the theory and practice of of conflict resolution, building productive relationships, forming conflict resolution skills as professional and psychological tasks that are a necessary component of psychological and social a necessary component of psychological and social culture in the professional of VET teachers. The purpose of the course is to study the subjective and objective nature of industrial conflicts, their causes and motives, types of conflicts and methods of their prevention through the use of modern approaches to effective conflict resolution. The e-course is designed for teachers of vocational and technical training and masters of industrial training of vocationaleducation in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of the course advanced training in various models of education (full-time, part-time, full-time and distance learning). The e-course is designed for 4 hours, of which 2 hours is an online lecture, 2 hours - seminar.
