Abstract
The relevance of the electronic elective special course is due to the fact that due to the growing tension in the educational environment and various spheres of social interaction, the acquisition of basic knowledge of the theory and practice of conflict resolution, building productive pedagogical relationships, developing conflict resolution skills as professional and psychological tasks is a necessary component of psychological and social culture in the professional activity of the master of industrial training. The aim of the course is to study the subjective and objective nature of pedagogical conflicts, their causes and motives, types of conflicts and methods of their prevention by using modern approaches to effective conflict resolution. The e-course is designed for masters of industrial training of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions in the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of advanced training courses in various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time-distance, distance). The e-course is designed for 4 hours, including 2 hours of online lecture and 2 hours of seminar.
