Abstract

The relevance of the course lies in the formation of the necessary skills and knowledge for effective work in the conditions of martial law, allowing to adapt to the continuous professional development of the teacher in difficult situations. The purpose of the course is to form the readiness and adaptation of pedagogical workers for continuous professional development in the conditions of martial law; strategies and challenges of continuous education of adults in conditions of martial law are considered, as well as the development of digital education to ensure continuous education throughout life. The electronic course was developed for teaching staff of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions of the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of advanced training courses according to various training models (face-to-face, extramural, intramural-distance, distance). The electronic course is designed for 4 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 2 hours - seminar classes.
