Abstract
The relevance of the course is determined by the need to retrain the masters of industrial training in the aspect of development and improvement of their communicative competence as a component of professional competence. The communicative competence of the master of industrial training, as a component of his professional activity, creates a socio-psychological basis for the interaction of participants in the educational and industrial process and promotes productive educational educational and industrial activity, intensive inclusion in industrial activity, ensuring its quality result. The purpose of the course is to develop and improve the communicative competence of the masters of industrial training, to increase and develop their communicative potential and the ability to effectively communicate in a pedagogical way, to develop the skills of interpreting non-verbal behavior, the ability to effectively communicate and listen, to interact in business communication, to design programs for communicative growth and socialization, to achieve consensus in communicative processes between the teacher and the learner. The electronic course was developed for pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions of the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of professional development courses according to various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time distance, distance). The electronic course is designed for 6 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 4 hours - seminar classes.
