Abstract
The relevance of the course is determined by the need for training and retraining of teachers of the new formation, the need for professional development of workers in the pedagogical field. To implement the strategic directions of educational institutions, teachers must have a high level of communicative competence, developed skills to communicate effectively, as this is an integral part of professional and pedagogical activity, which is important in the process of formation and professional development of the younger generation. The purpose of the course is to develop and improve the communicative competence of teachers of vocational (vocational and technical) education, to increase and develop their communicative potential and ability for effective pedagogical communication, to develop the skills and abilities to interpret non-verbal behavior, the ability to effectively communicate and listen, to interact in business communication, to design programs of communicative growth and socialization, to reach consensus in communicative processes between the teacher and the learner. The electronic course was developed for pedagogical workers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions of the field of knowledge 01 "Education" at all stages of professional development courses according to various learning models (full-time, part-time, full-time distance, distance). The electronic course is designed for 6 hours, of which 2 hours - lecture, 4 hours - seminar classes.
