Abstract
The innovative development of the national education system indicates the need to change the orientations from acquiring knowledge and implementing abstract educational tasks to the formation of universal personality abilities based on social needs and values. Achieving this goal is directly related to the individualization of the educational process based on the development of an individual educational trajectory, which is key in the organization of inclusive education. The presented Model educational program for professional development of IRC specialists is aimed at familiarizing with the peculiarities of the organization of inclusive education and the algorithm for building an individual educational trajectory of a child with special educational needs in educational institutions The content of the presented course has a practical orientation and covers: substantive, practical (practically oriented) and resource (methodical) components of professional development of pedagogical workers who work in educational institutions with children with special educational needs.
