Abstract
The period of reconstruction after the war on the territory of Ukraine is a complex, deep process, since not only land and buildings need restoration, but, first of all, citizens who lived all this period together with their state. In addition to the normalization of economic, political and legal processes, the reintegration of territories, an important sector of recovery is the resocialization of citizens, in particular, the most vulnerable part of Ukrainians - children with special needs. In the post-war period, many psychological states need to be resolved, understanding what was a "special" period, what happened to the adult and/or child as a whole during these years, in particular, at different age stages, what shifts dominated the personality structure: are there positive gains , whether atypical formations of the individuality of a child, an adult, or the whole family prevail. Educational and methodological guide for teachers and parents: "Stress, guilt: what to teach and how to help in the post-war period?" contains basic provisions relating to difficult stages and crises in the post-war period in Ukraine. For educators and parents, the author has made an attempt to reveal the main problematic aspects that need attention, such as: psychological states of stress in children, the specifics of counseling for such states in the post-war period, the peculiarities of group psychological work and individual consultations with children affected by military actions, psychological therapy and help with living conditions such as loss and guilt. The indisputable advantage of this manual is the brevity and meaningful disclosure of the main psychological problems encountered by a person during the days of war and after their end, the blurring and uncertainty of ideas about one's own capabilities, prospects for development under conditions of instability, a decrease in the feeling of security, deformation of the "I-concept" and "I-image", lack of plans for tomorrow, near future and more distant prospects need additional psychological support, clarification and various levels of organization of psychological assistance and support.
