Abstract
The teaching and methodical manual considers the issue of providing high-quality, accessible correctional and developmental services to children with special educational needs and the implementation of the content of education using effective teaching and learning technologies in the conditions of martial law and crisis situations in Ukraine. Features of the organization of inclusive education in today's conditions are presented, in particular, the regulatory and legal aspect and the principles of management of an educational institution under martial law. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of the educational process in the conditions of martial law, in particular, modern forms of organization of the educational process in educational institutions and the use of information and communication technologies in the education of children with special educational needs. The essence of psychological-pedagogical support of participants in the educational process, namely pedagogical workers of students with special educational needs and parents, is revealed. The manual is addressed to practicing teachers, parents, teachers and students of advanced qualification courses of postgraduate education institutions, teachers and students of higher educational institutions, scientists, scientific and pedagogical workers.
