Abstract
The state-public management of educational institutions on the basis of partnership should become one of the main vectors of democratization of the state's educational policy with the aim of improving cooperation, the effectiveness of partnership interaction of state management bodies with local bodies of state executive power, local self-government bodies, territorial communities, scientific institutions, institutions education and public organizations.
