Abstract
The article presents a possible option for structuring the content of specialized secondary education. It is proposed to single out two components: 1) the core of general education, which is mandatory for everyone who obtains a full general secondary education; 2) the content of specialized training, which ensures in-depth mastering of specialized knowledge, competences, methods of activity, etc. The first component can be reflected by four educational fields: language and literature, STEM, social and humanitarian education, physical development and security. The second component, depending on the direction, is realized by profile subjects studied in depth according to the profile in academic lyceums, or professionally oriented disciplines for a professional direction. The ratio between the content of the core and the content of specialized training should be 50/50 percent for three years of training and is distributed between the years of training in different proportions. It contains compulsory and optional subjects.
