Abstract

The article reveals the essence of the concept of “social entrepreneurship”. The author outlines the content of the training program for social entrepreneurship, which includes cognitive (knowledge of the philosophy of social entrepreneurship with the study of previous experience of successful and unsuccessful social enterprises; peculiarities of registration of social enterprises in the Ukrainian legal field; knowledge of the theoretical foundations of social services marketing; management of social entrepreneurship; fundraising) and operational components (the skill of comprehensive research of the market of social services and the development and implementation of marketing strategies in the practice of social work; the skill of design and presentation of ideas; the development of the structure of social business; the skill of finding sources of financing for the implementation of oneʼs ideas; the skill of accumulating financial and material resources; the skill of effective planning and distribution of all available resources; the skill of organizing a social enterprise; motivation of social enterprise employees to fulfill the general mission; control over the targeted use of collected resources). The article defines the library as a platform on which preparation for social entrepreneurship can be carried out. The author also defines the target audience to which the training program can be directed. The article defines the mission of the school, which consists in the formation of students of the school of knowledge and skills that are necessary for a person to create, register and receive social effects from a social enterprise. The author proposed a training program at the school of social entrepreneurship, which reflects the main topics and meaningful load of meetings.
